You are fully aware and consent to the Partner to avail the switch feature, enabling the Partner to use and access your Merchant Razorpay dashboard (“Dashboard”)  and take all  actions that may be available or enabled for the Merchant  via Dashboard on behalf of you, including but not limited to:

• To create payment links and QR- codes 

• To create payment via payment gateway 

• Initiate refunds 

• Gain read only access to the transactions

• Gain read only access to the refund history

• Gain read only access to the dispute history

• Manage your account end to end (i.e. providing due diligence documents or responding to queries relating to your merchant onboarding, respond to Chargeback queries on your name, submit your KYC and other related documents as and when requested to you
