We hereby appoint the Partner to act on our behalf to take the following actions in connection with the onboarding process for creating our account with Razorpay Software Limited (formerly known as Razorpay Software Private Limited) (“Razorpay Account”):

• Prefill Know Your Customer (KYC) data in the onboarding form.

We acknowledge and agree that Razorpay Software Limited (formerly known as Razorpay Software Private Limited) shall in no event whatsoever be liable for any of our actions or omissions, and those of the Partner, based on the above consent, including any negligence, fraud, or misconduct. We shall protect, defend, indemnify, and hold Razorpay Software Limited (formerly known as Razorpay Software Private Limited) and its affiliates, promoters, banks, clients, attorneys, employees, officers, and directors harmless from and against all losses, costs, liabilities, claims, damages, and expenses of every kind and character as incurred or resulting from or relating to or arising out of breach of these terms, including third-party claims.
